These are digital designed appliques intended for embroidery machines that require hands on creativity.
 

Most of our products have formats: ART, EXP, HUS, XXX, PES, VIP, VP3, JEF and DST.
The sizes fit either a 4x4, 5x7, or 6x8 hoops.
And of course a 6x8 hoop will fit into a 6x10 hoop.
Each purchase will include all file formats and sizes listed on the product page.
 

Pending means payment has not been received.
i. Please resist from hitting the back button while at PayPal. This causes a 'Pending' order. If you received a transaction ID in your email from PayPal and your order still displays 'Pending', you can provide us the transaction ID and we can complete the transaction manually. Use the Contact Us link to send us this information.

ii. If you didn't receive the transaction ID you may want to check your junk email box. We encourage you to check your banking records to see if payment was charged in your account. If it didn't clear please complete the check-out process again.
 

Every design has been tried and tested. We personally stitch out each applique to ensure a well thought out plotting sequence to make it easier for you.
 

i. Absolutely. Feel free to use our designs on shirts, bibs, towels, bags or any other garment and sell them for a nice profit. You can also use our images to showcase your products as samples.

ii. However, our designs are solely owned by Happy Applique. Do not sell/share/trade any of our digital files. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you.
 

If you forgot your password, go to the login screen and click forgot password. After you enter your email, we will send you a temporary password. When you log back in, be sure to go to your account information and change your password.
 

i. Due to the nature of digital files we cannot offer returns.

ii. If you happen to order a product that was a free promotion within the same order, we can offer you store credit. Use the Contact Us link and provide us your email and order number.

We allow you to purchase promotional items in case you do not want to meet the criteria for the promotion. If you so happen to accidentally purchase a promotional item and met the criteria, we can provide you store credit to purchase another item in its place.
