| As much as we would love to give all our designs away for free we would not be
able to stay in business and provide you the high quality designs you deserve.
We can only ask, that you would be so kind and not give them away either.
LIMITATIONS OF USE
With each purchase you have unlimited production rights whether it be for personal or
commercial use. You may use our designs on your own garments and sell for a profit or
give away as gifts. Keep in mind that all designs and files are copyrighted and owned
by Happy Applique and may not be marketed as your own work. You are not authorized to
share, copy, sell, re-sell or redistribute in any way the digital files. You may not
alter files or designs, such as but not limited to, resizing, stretching, flipping,
shading, or adjusting any image and claim them as original work. Any violation will
result in legal action against you.
The good news is you are able to use the images found on the Happy Applique website
on your own website to showcase the variety appliques you are capable of producing by
later purchasing them. However, at anytime we may pull or remove any design from sale
without reason. You may not use images found on the Happy Applique facebook page as
the owner who shared their photo with us may not want the image posted outside that forum.
REFUND POLICY
We work really hard to carefully test and plan out the plotting sequence for each
design so we are confident you will be very happy with each purchase. If by chance
you purchased a promotional item which you qualified for at the same time, we will
provide you store credit to purchase another item in its place. That is the most
we can do because due to the nature of digital files we cannot provide refunds.

you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you are believed to be violating
these Terms & Conditions your account will be closed.
